Alligator. Colossal, baseball-bat king crab legs. Live lobster with one day’s notice. Gulf shrimp, oysters, crawfish, house-made salads and dips, and whole fish you can watch get cut to order. If we wouldn't serve it to our own family, it doesn't go in the case.
